Our own site stats
To see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, the site records anonymous usage:
- pages viewed, time on page and how far you scroll;
- where on the page you click (position and the button or link text), so we can build a heatmap;
- device type (phone, tablet, desktop), screen width and the website that referred you;
- shop steps such as adding to cart or starting checkout, and technical errors.
We do not record what you type into forms, your name, email, phone number or IP address. Stats are kept for up to 13 months and are visible only to Ajay’s Art staff.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, our stats are switched off automatically.
